I just had this happen to me, although it only lasted about 20 secs. Died and respawned at bind point with all my gear, no buffs, very little mana, and about half my endurance. I did take a 10% exp loss however and could summon my corpse for rez.

i've had this happen to me twice now -- I get killed and respawn with all my gear and no exp loss. I think it's the steadfast servant AA; both times I've had it up before I died.
