Indeed, this is the pottery recipe. There's also a smithing recipe that was missing, I just entered it.

tryed to craft this on potrery wheel, And it said you cant combine theese in this container type. Im sure I followed the ingredeants and # of to the letter . Whats up?

You need to combine the unfired item and the firing sheet in a kiln, not on the pottery wheel. You are actually finishing the product by heating it and curing the clay into the finished ceramic item. Most kilns are found next to a pottery wheel for convenience sake.
