Fine Steel produces High Quality Ore.

For Fine Plate Armors you need Medium Quality Ore.

Actually the only items I had to buy is the hammer for 12pp, mold 24pp, water 4cp & ore 8p and thats my Darkelf Mage with 49 CHR. Thats 44.04pp plus the drops.

Nope you got it wrong. Its about 20pp per block of medium quality ore to make the folded sheet, you need 3 of them for a total of around 60pp. Then the mold wich was about 20pp for me, thats with 100 chr. The whole cost is, 80pp for the supplies you buy from a vendor, the leather padding you make yourself or buy, and on Druzil Ro it goes for about 20pp per. Vendor will only give you 84pp, again with cha of about 100, and you can buy much better at bazaar for much less.
50p?!
