You can find corks pretty much at most if not all Tinkering vendor's in game. I get mine in pok, as there also used by gnomes for the animated fishing bait.

where can you find corks i have looked and nothing
Dont know if it is the same guy, but to the PoK halfling bank, then head to the gnome at the corner of the platform, Caden. Look towards the smithing building. you will see stairs up the side facing you, opposite the doors into the lower level. this upper level has tinkering supplies, inclluding corks. they are really expensive...like one cp each.
you can buy the cork from vendors, I got mine in PoK from Tabben Bromal, fyi
Yep, just confirming... I just did 1st successful combine using: 1 Barley, 1 Bottle, 1 Malt, 1 Straggle Grass, 1 Water Flask and 1 Cork, with my skill level at 248.
