What is the trivial number needed to fletch these arrows though? I failed 10x at 191 thats with KEI, bard song, and geerlok fletching tool too.

The arrowheads are actually smithed, not fletched, and are trivial at 116. The arrows are made by combining condensed shadowed arrowhead, acrylia shafts, shield cut fletchings, and a small nock, and they are trivial >250.

This is made with the smithing skill, and trivs at 116. Know for sure because I skilled up from 115 to 116 by making these arrowheads. These arrowheads are one part of the condensed arrows, which triv in fletching >250.

It is made with Fletching. Trivial is 116...

The condensed material and water and file is used as smithing tradeskill and as peeps say a triv of 116.
The final result are the condensed arrowheads which are the highest triv points for the arrows. only other arrow peice with this high a triv are acrylia arrow shafts.
anyways common drop of mobs in UP, and adds +3 normal dmg and +4 magic dmg. hope this helps.
forgot to say that these arrow heads can only be used with acrylia shafts (hence the same skill level) and a shield cut fletching and small nock. now i hope that helps
