Pristine emeralds drop in some places,Sirens grotto down the well is agood spot
The ancient silk robe does NOT drop in Skyshrine, does NOT drop in Dragon necropolis! What color are your pills?
Every mob in Temple of Veeshan that is on Claws of veeshan faction but the first 6 drakes in the picture gallery have a chance of dropping this (I dont know about the 3 dragons in west wing though. Those cant be farmed anyways :)

The ONLY place the ancient silk robes (all the ancient silk actually) is in dragon necropolis in the testing area. It does not drop in SkyShrine

From what Ive heard... Pristine Emeralds drop in Dragon Necropolis more often than anywhere else, and Ancient Silk Robes drop off mobs in Skyshrine.
