Komawin Fe`Dhar is located in a room just beyond the maze, immediately to your left once you've ported into the giant staircase section.
You say, 'Hail, Komawin Fe`Dhar' Komawin Fe`Dhar says 'Greetings to you. I seek one that has chosen the path of monkhood. What do you call yourself?' You say, 'I am a monk' Komawin Fe`Dhar says 'Good. I had hoped you were one. As seeker of the way you are in constant training to push yourself to your physical and mental limits. It is an admirable quality and I wish to aid you. I will provide you with a cap, a tunic, sleeves, bracers, gloves, leggings and boots.' You say, 'What tunic?' Komawin Fe`Dhar says 'You shall be an imposing force with this tunic. Solid as the unmoving mountains, it shall protect you. Once I have gained a set of three flawless diamonds and an unadorned leather tunic.' Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned leather armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan. Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive your reward, experience and faction. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Yes. But it's yelinak faction i believe. Not COV for the quest armors.

Dumm... if you made an iksar monk wich any smart person would have the ac is only 18 on the bp but with iksars at lvl 50+ it gives me like 86 ac...........

The kael leather is eroded, the HoT leather is unadorned, they are different.

So for the skyshrine quest which unadorned leather do we use the one from tov or the one from kael. or it doenst matter which cause there the same ??

I pretty much agree with Mandicus Lifescourge on all but his listing of the Top BPs. Here is my list.

I would rate the White Lotus Tunic (skyshrine BP) the same or even above the Icicle Tunic and the Iceborrower BPs just because of the stats/svs and the effect which all 3 in whatever order would fall into #'s 5, 6, and 7 on my list. PSC would fall just below those 3 due to it's weight and neg resists.

Hmm good list . I do take one exception tho . I wouldn't trade the self heals and STR for the 40 AC. but thats just me , for soloing i find the self heals and STR too valuable to just say woo 40AC. Still a great breakdown tho, thaks for the detailed post.
I'd say 4th best monk bp coming out of velious.
1) sleepers tomb robe
2) icicle tunic
3) ice burrower skin
4) skyshrine bp
5) kael bp
People can argue all you want but if you are going against mobs that hit for 1000 x 4 a round, you need all the hitpoints you can get... cuz one riposte does potentially 1000 dmg to you.
I'd like to see a monk with a fungi tunic see how much it matters to have regen in halls of testing except for maybe feign splitting the first 2 mobs.
This is a raid bp. This is designed keeping in mind that you can and will be ae'd by mobs and dont have any resist gear you can swap your bp out to. This is a very very good monk bp regardless of what anyone else says. At level 60 you aint gonna solo anything in kunark or old world anyway, yer gonna be raiding and having fun... having some gay 21ac -10agi -10dex 2str 2int bp with regrow effect wont do you a whole lot of good if you can't avoid the hits.
Simple as this... First you fight... then you swap or right click, depending.
I dont wanna discourage people still stuck in the old mindset, but mobs that are lvl 60 in velious hit for like 450 damage 3 or 4 times a round... regrowth dont cut it. You can play around in sebilis all you want and think yer uber with yer fungi tunic... I'll take yer ss bp anyday =)

The Unadorned Leather peices drop in ToV (temple of veeshan) in the halls of testing. What drops in KD (keal drakkal *sp) is the leather for the thurgadin quests, which have the same effect as the skyshrine and keal quests but the worste stats. the stats on thurg is IDENTICAL to PoG armor. just an FYI... but good luck in ToV especiall the halls which is 55+ and u need large amount of people to get things done :)

The tunic your looking for can be found off of random mobs around the Arena in KD. As for the Diamonds they can be found all over the place. Start killing any mobs 45+ and one will eventually drop. I have been raising my coldain faction and fighting in KD and so far i have come across 5 of the diamonds .. found throughout KD, but usually around the arena area.
