What is the minimum level and faction for this quest ? has MQ's been nerfed??

Just got the legs tonight with warmly faction. Druid friend handed over the legs and I handed over the saphires. they cost ~100 plat each in the bazaar. clicky sta... what more could a monk ask for? :)

Anybody know where to find the leggings, or has this quest been nerfed?

ok, heres a bit more description as to where this guy is at
first u go thru the first two of three gates, before the bridge and third gate stop, look left, youll see a starcase, guard larus should be standing there, go up that staircase, the FIRST opening on the right you should see, go there, youll come to a hallway with two doors, pass BOTH doors and continue down the hallway, youll see a third door on your left, go there, in that next hallway you should see guard rakel and guard sigrun, there is also a doorway between them, go into that doorway, Lorekeeper Einar will be at the table in between two guards, say to him " i call myself a monk" and you will be able to start ur quest ...... a word to the wise ... i had to do this twice because i didnt tell him i called myself a monk the first time ... dont make the same mistake i did :)

ok I just got these tonight and i was just wondering if you need to be a certain lvl to do this quest? i was in a small group of a 49 cleric 54 war and myself a 38 monk.... and i got the leggings.... i was told that i mihgt need to be 45 before i could do the quest.... is that true?

AND CASTER STUFF! BUT STILL NO LETHER AND ANY WAY IF IT DROPED I WOULDNT GET IT IT WOULD GO TO ALL THE OFFICERS WITCH ARE FRIENDS! ******* I WISH THEY WOULD DROP FOR ME :)

well i went there tonight with a 49 cleric a 54 war and myself a 38 monk (pays to be freinds with higher lvls) and the first giant that coned red to me droped the eroded leather leggings..... i was SOOOOOO excited.... unfortunately we had adds.... and the war died..... but at least i got my leggings :D
any of this drop in GD or EW?

go threw 2 gates i think then turn left go up some stairs go thru first door on your left in room there he is. you must have warmly faction atleast to do this quest.

I gave him these items and he cons aimably to me and it said he doesnt give things to creatures like me or something close to that, He ripped me

I believe the eroded leather drops deep in Kael. Maybe other places as well.

I got eroded legs in Kael, off adjunent or trooper forgot which Happy hunting.
