Sleeves Drop in Keal.. There Torn Enchanted sleeves.. till u turn in the gems with them and make them the Beguilers sleeves..
Just a question of opinion .. for info the sentient guards are easy to solo at 55+ and drop rare crushed gem and sentient ( SK) armor. Topaz can be found there much easily then in other places. Just need to care at panther and have you pet allways buffed. ( dont try charm kite there too much agro ).

Where do the sleeves drop?
Perhaps this forum appears differently for others, but I found that if you scroll down through previous posts, you may notice a couple that tell you that the Torn Enchanted Sleeves drop in Kael Drakkal, in the vicinity of the Arena. From the half dozen visits to this area that I have done, I have only seen 2 Torn Enchanted items drop. Not sure if either were sleeves.
Do a lot of Kael raids, but I that doubt camping for this specific item will prove profitable. A lot of fun but.

I have the sleeves, and 1 of the topazes. My guildbank has the other one and I'll just go around DL looting corpses till I get enough plat (It works, believe me) to buy the last. I was just wondeing: Can a 41 enc do this quest without the old "I have no need for this item Nindail, you can have it back" thing? Or should I also get a grp in DL while I'm scavenging for cash? Thanks!

If you want the stones go to Colbalt Scars I have seen alot of flawed Topaz in there..Enchanter Myself..Have 5 in bank atm.

One of these wrists dropped off Lieutenant Stormeye (whom we had pulled to the WL zone line) last night, much to our surprise. He's only level 47, and was a pooosiecat once I slapped him with shiftless deeds. Our group: 51 ench, 46 cler, 49 war, 50 wiz - and Jaber, of course, my level 39 butt-kicking daggers. Our super-cool wiz let me have it, now I need to hit Velketor's or Icewell to get the stones.

On KD raid with guild tonight, those enchanted sleeves dropped near the arena... tough area, we had 3 50 + grp's.
