This achievement is gained by logging in during the Whispers of Kunark event (must be All Access):
Logging in with an All Access Membership grants you an exclusive reward (one reward per character that logs in). [ ] Log in between Sept 20-Oct 15 [ ] Have an All Access Membership This event runs September 20th through October 15th. Special Pre-event -Live September 2017 Producer's Letter Click here for the producers letter. All Access Members who log in to EverQuest between TODAY and October 15, 2017 at 11:59PM PDT will be rewarded with the Skull of the Slain Sarnak illusion!  | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

I can't transfer this to another character or shared bank. There a way to delete it and it show up in claims ? anyone know ?
It's only for paid accounts although the description says it's any character who logs in. Will someone post that for them since I'm banned from the forums for criticizing their treatment of customers? :-)

You do not have to be All Access to get this achievement. I only have one AA account but all 4 of my accounts got the achievement upon log in
I have two accounts and am running two characters on Erollisi. Logging in today, one character got the achievement, and the other didn't. They're virtually identical for experience and quests completed. Most likely a bug that it's live.

Looks like Prathun stated on the EQ forums that there is no reward for this achievement so not a big deal.
