Guess I found a slightly better way to get the achievement: Get Xulous down below 40%, watch the disease clouds spawn and attack, gate/port out of zone, run back and kill Xulous. No player needs to die.

I can confirm the following strategy...Run the mission and get the named to pop. Get him down to 20%. Both disease clouds will spawn and hit you and your group. THEN, SIMPLY DIE. Run back. Named will be at 100% but Disease Clouds WILL NOT TRIGGER! Kill him as normal and collect the achievement!

I dodged the cloud, 4 times- redid it 4 times. still didnt get the achievement
