After your initial hail inside the instance, it spawns 10 "an undead necromancer" and 12 "an undead shadowknight" trash mobs scattered around the zone. Some are in the canyons, many inside the north castle, and two in the cave tunnel system. You receive the achievement on the final undead kill.
