This is a Conquest achievement for Veil of Alaris.
This special challenge can be completed during the mission "The Cacophony of Power" - Attempt to slay Ryken three times while the blind dreamers are still alive. When the Dreamers spawn, ignore them. At about 20% you will see a red emote on screen where the Dreamers are healing the boss. After the 3rd time, kill the dreamers and then the boss. Reward: None | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Two of the achievements for this mission -- "Stop Yelling At Me!" and "Just, Die Already!" -- are not awarded when you accomplish them, instead they are awarded at the very end when you open the chest.
When the Dreamers spawn -- ignore them. At about 20% you will see a red emote on screen where the Dreamers are healing the boss. After the 3rd time, kill the dreamers and then the boss.
