This task begins with Trakanon in the Field of Scale. (What are the pre-requisites for requesting this task?)
You say, 'Hail, Trakanon' Trakanon says 'Be gone. Go talk to a tree if you have a need to hear your own voice. I have [Iksar] to deal with. Them and that coward [Kurn].' You say, 'Kurn?' Trakanon says 'The mighty Kurn hides inside his tower. He fears us, as he should. There appears to be no way to pry him from his hiding place. He makes this battle into a siege, perhaps it's about time I did the same. You might prove [useful] to me after all. If you have half a company's worth of underlings you may even be able to give me [assistance] with a much larger task.' You say, 'How can I prove useful?' You have been assigned the task 'Supplies'. Trakanon says 'Go into the tower and destroy the coward's supplies. That might bring him out into the open.' Boxes and barrels can be found throughout Kurn's Tower(SoD) on the 3rd floor. Destroy eight of them and return to Trakanon. Reward: Experience Faction 25 Chronobines (may vary) Iksar Left Lower Arm Bones You say, 'How can I give you assistance?' Trakanon says 'You have not proven yourself enough for me to allow you to take on this task. Go help the others, and when you are ready, I will take your [assistance].' These are found on the third floor an up in the tower in the field of scale (SoD) zone.
Boxes and barrels re-spawn in approximately 8 minutes
Doesn't seem to be any pre-reqs, it was my first quest in the zone and I picked this one up right away. I had killed about 120 iksar in Kaesora library though, if the factions hits influenced things, IDK

6 hour replay timer from request. Gives me about 40% aaxp at lvl 82 and faction. Had amiable before I tried to request, so don't know minimum faction to request.
Just as it says. Destroy the barrels. If you have illusion mask just run around and break them with no aggro.

Not all the boxes and barrels can be targetted and destroyed. Look for boxes with horizontal strips across the sides, and barrels that are squatter than most. (Check out the "Related Creatures" links above for pictures.)
If you add the following lines to your maps/oldkurn_2.txt file and turn on the height filter you should have no trouble finding them. Not sure on the respawn time, probably the usual 16 minutes.

This quest is not faction based then. I am also Indifferent with the Dragons and received the task.
