This task begins with Dorinda in Blackfeather Roost (located on the first rise after gaining access to the second island: 3026, -2000, in the far back).
You say, 'Hail, Dorinda' Dorinda says 'Hello weakling. You don't mind if I call you a weakling, do you? I just happen to be the type of person who believes in speaking the truth and the truth is, ____, you are [weak].' You say, 'I am not weak' Dorinda says 'Well of course you're weak - you're not a harpy! Haha! But I can see I've offended you so I'll give you a chance to prove me [wrong]' You say, 'Wrong' You have been assigned the task `A Small Wager'. Dorinda says 'If you really want to prove me wrong then here's a challenged for you. Sneak into the Royal throne room of our beloved queen and steal a royal trinket. If you survive the encounter return it to me and I will apologize.' Visit the Queen's home and look for something to steal 0/1 (Blackfeather Roost) "Royal Trinket" is a groundspawn in the Queen's throne room (a bird cage) on the last isle of Blackfeather Roost. It is within the Queen's aggro range. To get to this isle, you'll have to complete the "Blackfeather Roost" tasks (ending with "Reach the Royal Throne"). It's found at the following locations 6425, -255 (along the left wall inside the birdcage) 6321, -167, 260 6384, -199, 256 In the queen's room at her feet. (loc?) Note: All the mobs inside see invisibility. The trinkets have the same spawn time as the queen and there are only five of them. If you need a sixth, you will need to come back the next day.

The trinket is a ground-spawn sack and there are several in the queen's room, including one at her feet. The guards see invis and cannot be soothed (by a level 71 ranger, at least).

The trinket was at loc 6424, -255 along the left wall inside the birdcage. The harpy guards saw thru my rogue's Shroud of Stealth (cons scowls ready to attack), if I was within range and in a sight line. They did not notice me if I was flanking or behind (cons indifferent, but 'you suspect they can see you' message came up).

Do any of the mobs in the areas you travel see invis?
was there tonight and found out that the 8 or so guards around the queen DO see thru invis. also the Royal Trinket is a ground spawn just inside of the gates (within aggro range)
You have to go around to the side of the Queen's building (outside), to the right about as far back as you can go. This gives you credit for finding it, find a trinket inside on the floor, then return to Dorinda with the trinket.

I got the Royal Trinket, but it didn't register as having completed that step. Dorinda wouldn't accept turn-in.
