This group mission begins with Officer Vacax Rol`Tas (click for map image) in the Dark Reign camp of the Lavastorm Mountains. Pre-requisites for requesting this task: - Minimum "warmly" (770) faction with Dark Reign - Completion of all Tier 4 tasks and flags You say, 'Hail, Officer Vacax Rol`Tas' Officer Vacax Rol`Tas laughs, 'These are indeed good days for the will of hate and fear. We will overcome the races of light and prevail. Pledge allegiance to Lanys T`Vyl!' You have been assigned the task 'Rival Party'. Our rogues report that Norrath's Keepers has dispatched an adventuring party into the Nest to acquire a clutch of dragon eggs. We cannot let such powerful creatures, unborn though they may be, fall into the hands of our enemies. You must ambush this group. There are four of them; a wizard named Syllann, a rogue named Corgoth, a warrior named Vincent, and a cleric named Drogorus. Slay them all before they can uncover the dragon eggs and acquire them the eggs yourself. Bring one back to Pericolo L`Morte and destroy the rest! 
Touch the portal to the Nest 0/1 (The Broodlands) Your compass will point you in the direction. This is the swamp entrance in the southwestern part of the Broodlands. Kill 1 Syllann of Norrath's Keepers 0/1 (The Accursed Nest) Kill 1 Corgoth of Norrath's Keepers 0/1 (The Accursed Nest) Kill 1 Vincent of Norrath's Keepers 0/1 (The Accursed Nest) Kill 1 Drogorus of Norrath's Keepers 0/1 (The Accursed Nest) These NPCs are located near 25, 1100 (from the zone-in, head west into the tunnel, and then make an immediate turn north). Corgoth of Norrath`s Keepers says 'Gather close, my comrades. Our enemies are near!' Vincent of Norrath`s Keepers says 'We've got company!' Syllan of Norrath`s Keepers says 'Careful. I've heard stories of these ones!' Drogorus of Norrath`s Keepers says 'We've got company!' These four are splittable, stunnable, and mezzable. They each hit for a max ~1,000 and don't have any special abilities other than standard class spells. Loot 6 Egg of a Saved Clutch 0/6 (The Accursed Nest) "Egg of a Saved Clutch" drop from random mobs in the metallic/springs wing of the zone (northwestern wing). Deliver 1 Egg of a Saved Clutch to Pericolo L`Morte 0/1 (Lavastorm Mountains) Hand in one of the eggs to Pericolo L`Morte (click for map image) in Lavastorm. Excellent work. We can't let these eggs into the hands of Norrath's Keepers. I'll inform my superiors of your success. They will be most pleased! Via the /faction command you can view where you stand on each faction. At level 750 (just into warmly), I was not able to request this mission. At level 770 (after turning in a token), I was able to request it.
Confirming. At 760 can not get it either, but can at 770.

The white cons can be paci pulled and do not summon, there was a cleric, warrior, wizard and rogue. We looted several eggs off spiders, some off drakes so the drops are definitely random. Mission starts in the SW area of the Broodlands, take the northern most path in.

All 4 NPCs are in a bunch near +25, +1100. They are called Syllan, Corgoth, Vincent, and Drogorus (all of Norrath's Keepers). They con same as regular keepers for faction but you don't take a faction hit for killing them. They are mezzable and lvl70. Overall pretty easy. They didn't seem to have any special abilities or attacks and died really quickly. They're actually easier than all the other mobs in the Nest. Killing each one results in a task stage completion.
After that, the next step is to find and "Loot 6 Egg of a Saved Clutch". Our first one dropped off an iron sentinel so apparently they can drop off anything. Others dropped off of A Nest auspex, an iron protector, etc. The drops seemed pretty random and fairly common (about 1 in 6). All the other mobs are normal Nest level and difficulty. After all 6 are looted, one needs to be handed into Pericolo L'Morte to finish the task. Reward is 66 ebon crystals and the token.
