I got the unadorned leather bracelet tonight on my first trip to NTOV with a guild other than my own. I asked them if they needed a 54 Beastlord for the raid and the told me to come on. Now remember this is my first time here I dont know anything about what or how things are going to go or what to expect.
Round 1.) Get set up in the Right hall... Killed 2 in the pit. Got 1st Roamer (Someone opened the door.) WIPE. Rezzing .. Some one didnt FD pull WIPE.
Round 2.) Get set up again go after the last mob that we tried the time before. Not sure what happened here. WIPE
Round 3.) After getting set up now for a 3rd time we are off and start going well and made it through to the end and zone out.
As I said it was my first time there and I think I did ok. I was awarded this and told to go loot. I thought they were joking seeing how I was not part of their guild and there were other leather classes there. So after the Raid Leader sent me a tell to go I did and looted it. I honestly didnt think that I would ever get to get any SS Armor. Now I am going to have to get from Kindly(I think) to Ally so I can get the turn in :)

Larquin Fe`Dhar is located in a room just beyond the maze, immediately to your left once you've ported into the giant staircase section.
You say, 'Hail, Larquin Fe`Dhar' Larquin Fe`Dhar says 'Greetings, I am looking for one who is one with the wild beasts of the world. Do you call yourself a [Beastlord]?' You say, 'I am a Beastlord' Larquin Fe`Dhar says 'I have been waiting for one such as you to arrive. I have some equipment that is worthy of a great Beastlord. I have a cap, leggings, tunic, bracer, boots, sleeves, and gloves if you think you are worthy.' You say, 'What bracer?' Larquin Fe`Dhar says 'For a bracer I shall require three crushed flame emeralds and an unadorned leather bracelet. Bring me these items and the reward shall be yours to keep.' Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned leather armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan.
