Larquin Fe`Dhar is located in a room just beyond the maze, immediately to your left once you've ported into the giant staircase section.
You say, 'Hail, Larquin Fe`Dhar' Larquin Fe`Dhar says 'Greetings, I am looking for one who is one with the wild beasts of the world. Do you call yourself a [Beastlord]?' You say, 'I am a Beastlord' Larquin Fe`Dhar says 'I have been waiting for one such as you to arrive. I have some equipment that is worthy of a great Beastlord. I have a cap, leggings, tunic, bracer, boots, sleeves, and gloves if you think you are worthy.' You say, 'What leggings?' Larquin Fe`Dhar says 'The leggings shall protect you, as the valley shelters the still pool within it from the howling winds. Furnish a pair of unadorned leather leggings and three flawed sea sapphires.' Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned leather armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan. Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive your reward, experience and faction. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Does anybody have the loc of Larquin Fe 'Dhar? I have been all over Skyshrine and can't seem to find him. Info MUCH appreciated!
Where does Unadorned leather stuff drop?

I find the no drop armor from Ssra Temple and Umbral Plains to be much less hassle than doing the Skyshrine armor quest.But that's just me.*shrugs*

actually the skyrine armor has better stats and ac than the kael armor but from experinces it is a bit harder to get

These are definitley one of the few peices worth getting, although for my Beastlord (Currently 25) I'll prolly do Kael quests just because it's more ac. Although we are still a bit fewked when it comes to armor quest, these are MUCH better than things such as PoG drops. Glad I dun gotta ruin Elf faction now ;)
