Crendatha Fe`Dhar is located in a room just beyond the maze, immediately to your left once you've ported into the giant staircase section.
You say, 'Hail, Crendatha Fe`Dhar' Crendatha Fe`Dhar says 'What do we have here? A cutthroat, perhaps? If you are a rogue, I may have use for you. I am in need of certain components and will reward you well if they are brought to me. Do I have your services?' You say, 'What leggings?' Crendatha Fe`Dhar says 'A pair of leggings will be yours once you complete this task for me, thief. A pair of unadorned chain leggings and three flawed sea sapphires are all I require.' Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Unadorned chain armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan. Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive your reward, experience and faction. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Unadorned Chain drops in the Halls of Testing. The east wing of ToV. I'm sure that if you guys were to put 2 and 2 together you could find the link between Halls of TESTING and the other wings. Unadorned chain only drops there. And i'm not positive but i think the only armor that drops in the other wings is for Kael. I don't know if that stuf fonly drops in one wing.

God guys....Everywhere in Temple of Veeshan, there are drops for GIANT armor...EXCEPT Hall of testing, this is the only place where CoV faction is not affected and everything is KOS to everyone.
Those dragons have no links with SS dragons and they dont give CoV factions hit..either negative than positive. They are something the SS dragons put there for the human being to Test their ability to kill so you can join the SS team...thats all....SO yes, unadonred drops in ToV but ONLY and i say ONLY in Hall of testing, wich is east wing of ToV.

Drops in the East Wing of ToV - Unadorned Chain.
East Wing = Testing Halls = The halls that the dragons of Skyshrine put mortals through in order to test them to see if they are worthy to join the Skyshrine.

They drop in the testing halls of ToV(Temple of Veeshan) we got chain bracer, gauntlets, and helm....I didn't get any though :(

Temple Veeshan.
Not saying this is wrong but this is the Skyshrine (dragon) quest it doesn't make sense that the drops needed for an armor quest would drop off those giving the quest.
