You say, 'Hail, Nalelin Fe`Dhar' Nalelin Fe`Dhar says 'Greetings, I seek the ones who stalk through the forests protecting it. If you are one known as a ranger, submit to my will and become stronger. The tasks I set forth will not be easy. Are you ready to submit to my will?' You say, 'I am ready to submit my will' Nalelin Fe`Dhar says 'That is good, for there is nothing like the wrath of nature, woodland warrior. And Nature's wrath shall you be, with this armor to protect you in your struggle. I shall forge a coif, breastplate, sleeves, bracers, gauntlets, leggings, and boots for you.' You say, 'What breastplate?' Nalelin Fe`Dhar says 'Even as the hardest tree in the forest gains protection from its bark, so shall you gain the protection of this breastplate. I would prefer this, because I am kinda sick of green armor, like forest stalkers, Ivy etched, Tunarean, etc. I really like the look of this.. I think it would look nice, a full set of GL armor, with a helm of the tracker, both epics in hand.. Nice look, plus stats.. stats over looks though.. But I like this better then Forest Stalker.. I hope some friends could help me out with the quest though!

ok people this is the stats on all ranger skyshrine armor so you can look at it all at once and see the total stat increases oh and as you can see the armor supports it own wt., always nice

actually the thurg armor isn't that much worse and remember guys you can get faction in thurg and claws at the same time as opposed to kael which is 3 different factions i suggest going after the thurg armor and the helm of the tracker that should give you the faction you need for the SS quests and you are going to need the thurg armor at least to visit veeshans peak unless you have a giant guild guarding you every step of the way and making the path easy for you i really suggest you look at veeshans peak before you consider the armor to be a realistic goal even 1 piece will be hard to get much less the set so of course it is incredible.

You mean Temple of Veeshan, not Veeshans peak, right? Cause thats where you get the SS armor. Halls of testing in ToV isnt so hard as ppl think. Can very easily be done with a few groups of ppl with a clue of what theyre doning. The chain armor drops very rarely compared to the other armor types there though, like plate. THat crap drops almost 40% of the time something drops. Well hey, plate classes are lucky though.
Leather and Silk is also pretty common compared to the chain.

Kael armor better? hardly Kael armor goes by Ac not stats rest are stat modifers and have less ac than kael so I would rate skyshrine as best of the velious as in stat mods
I prefer the Skyshrine's Golden Leaf over the Kael Forest Stalker's BPs. I am finding the addition of HP has become hugely important to my game now and the Golden Leaf gives a bit more. The bonus AC and STR on the Forest Stalker's is less useful to me at 60.

Skyshrine and Kael armours are better than Thurgadin armour. Simnply becuase Thurg armour is to easy to get.

NONE of that armor in Velious is easy to get. But the Kael is so more tempting than Thurgadin armor that I won't even bother with the dwarf quests.
