Abudan Fe`Dhar is located in a room just beyond the maze, immediately to your left once you've ported into the giant staircase section.
You say, 'Hail, Abudan Fe`Dhar' Abudan Fe`Dhar eyes you malevolently. 'I seek those who practice the dark magicks. I seek those who call themselves necromancers. Are you what I seek?' You say, 'I am a necromancer' (no response) You say, 'I am what you seek' (no response) You say, 'I am a Necromancer.' (no response) You say, 'I practice dark magic' (no response) You say, 'I practice dark magicks' (no response) You say, 'What leggings?' Abudan Fe`Dhar says 'This pair of leggings will be yours provided you supply me with a pair of tattered silk pantaloons and three nephrite.' Gems are dropped off various NPCs in Velketor's Labyrinth, Siren's Grotto, Cobalt Scar and The Wakening Land. Tattered silk armor is dropped randomly in the Halls of Testing inside the Temple of Veeshan. Bring the three gems and armor piece back and in exchange, you'll receive your reward, experience and faction. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

You can find Abudan in the top layer of the Tower past the maze.

Where can i find Abudan Fe`Dhar in SkyShrine?

This is about as good a post as "Hey, you can get your epic weapons by giving some stuff to seom guy." How about WHERE DO I GET the componants for the quest? and what level should I be to get them?

First off.. it says right in the description that the minimum lvl to attain this item is 50! Secondly there's no info about the item because it obviously hasn't been completed yet. So have a little patience.. or better yet! Actually go to Skyshrine and get the quest and start it yourself! But I'm sure you already thought of that.

also, if you've ever been to velious and hunted around a while, you'll know that the gems that ALL of these quests require drop off of high level mobs, mid-high 40's in Wakening Lands is where I get mine, off of geonids and Sentient Suits of Armor. Also, for the Skyshrine quests, the other item you need drops in the Temple of Veeshan.
Are you certain it's in Temple of Veeshan? I've heard that they drop in the Necropolis. Either way, I have the nephrite already, now if only I could get the stupid Tattered/Worn silk legs for my Skyshrine/Thurgadin quest...
