go to the quests in Kael and lookup your class armor: Get into a group in the arena area in Kael. (they see through all invis - rogue sneak/hide).
When a piece drops you get the corresponding 3 gems and turn in t the "faction friendly" zone MOB that gives them out and whala you have a nice piece of equip.
