can this be multi quested?
I know i can buy the flawless diamond (not sure on the price) but what about the ancient tarnished BP? can i get it with me alt and then use my bard to turn them in? or would i just have to wait till my bard actually gets that high? I know i have to wait even with my druid to get into a group to get the BP but im just curious i guess. n e info is appreciated thanx.

Hay guys i was able to jugaul the faction i was doub and doub with thurg and keal all u need to do is not kill any giants and kill about 16 dwarves and then do quest that only effect the thurg or kael faction and not hurt the other or kill things that do the same effect and then u 2 can be Ally=thurg+Ally=Kael=uber yes you 2 can do it to

I understand what your saying but your formula was written incorrectly.\
(ally + Thurg)+(ally + Kael)= UBER
or similarly stated
(ally)2+(kael + thrug)= UBER
But we get the point.

it might be the best bard specific bp, but by far not the best bp in the game.

Ancient tarnished plate drops in Temple of Veeshan off of vaious drakes and wurms. I have 2 pieces of the ancient tarnished - a bracer and gauntlet. Its going to be quite a while before I get a chance on the BP being a bard when there are warriors in guild who need the BP.

Hey to anyone familiar with the armor quests (i.e. you have done them before)
Is indifferent faction sufficient to complete them? or do you have to be higher?
(If indiff is ok then we can just sneak and finish quest).
Please let me know, I've got a good shot at finishing boot / gloves soon :)

Lol - if indiff was all that was needed these would be a lot more common.
Unfortunately you need a little higher than that for these. Thurgadin quests need either kindly or warmly faction to do the quests, while the Kael and Skyshrine quests need Ally status.

oops forgot, you MIGHT be able to get faction needed from lvl before or high-end of the level before that... Might just work... (Thank god for that song, eh?) =)~

this is incorrect information
the flawless diamonds drop in sirens grotto, Dragon necropolis and ToV only.
All of the kael quest armor components are found in the non-testing halls of ToV

I have actually looted Flawless diamonds off of Siren Seductress in Cobalt Scar.. Not sure what the drop rate is on them in CS, but probably not as good of rate as in SG, DN. or ToV..

This is easily the best BP in the game for Bards. I believe it's 54AC with slightly better stats and the same Selo effect as the Thurgadin BP and Melodic BP from POG - but they ony have 42AC.
