does anyone know what faction this guy is on? Also what is the best way to raise my faction with him, which quests to do.

Dargon Stonecutter is in the hall behind King Tormax's Throne. When entering, goto the right, he is the one closest to the door on the right side of the hall. Cannont Sneak in there and do the quest due to the fact that they wont talk to you about the quest unless your faction is high enough (and indiff doesnt cut it). need to be Amiable at least, im at Ally myself. and yes, it is worth it to trash your CoV (claws of veeshan <dragon faction>) to do these quests. but to do so u really need the help of 24+ ppl to do the west wing of ToV. zone out area seems to have the best drop rates for this armor. had 22 drops one night, 38drops the next night, and i had to log for a bit and the guild is still rakin up the drops as i speak. GL ALL!!

we killed Dargon Stonecutter roaming by the arena , not sure if someone else pulled him and died or what but thats where we found him

How good of a faction do you have to have to do these quests? Is it possible to do them while feigned? (thus having an indifferent faction) The Kael armors all seem to have better stats and AC then the Thurgadin quests, so it would appear to be better to work on your Kael faction then it would be to do the Thurgadin quesets. Of course in doing the Kael quests, you blow away your Temple of Veeshan faction... making it very difficult to improve it and do the dragon quests. Which faction path is the "correct" one? There aren't any dragon armor quests for monks are there?

No you cannot do these quests while feigned as you can't trade in that mode. You can however do them using sneak, but it is tricky as King Tormax is nearby and if your faction isn't good with him, he may agro.
And yes there are Skyshrine armor quests as well, the monk pieces are called White Lotus from there.
The general concensus for monks is to go pro-giants as the Kael pieces have the best AC and virtually the same HP as any of the others.
