Don't waste your time doing this unless you want to do it just have a full set of kael armor. The stats suck. Froggie crown has 12 ac and 20 sv fire 20 sv cold. All the other kael pieces are sweet but verant really missed the boat on this one.

Drakes and Wurms in the Temple of Veeshan drop leather pieces to make this armor. Takes maybe three groups in the high 50s to take one of these down, more groups than that for low 50s and up.
