You must be Ally to Kromzek in order to complete this quest. I maxed my Kromzek faction before handing my items in to get this sweet bp. To check -zek faction, con Captain Bvellos in the bank or any of the giants there.

I turned in my chain armor and the gems, my faction was to low!!!!!

ancient tarnished chain drops in west ToV. Flawless diamonds go for 10kpp each if ever for sale. you will need 4 solid groups of mostly lvl 60 players and hours of camping to get a BP such as this. you need to be warmly with giants to complete this quest. sneak/hide will not work.

Can you turn the items in sneaking and hiding (indifferent) and still get the desired reward, or do you need to be amiable or warmly to get the desired reward?
