I am wondering where i find this ancient tarnished chain... i would assume it is either in thurgadin or skyshrine but i havent heard of it as of yet...
anyone help me?
also what about the jewels needed for these quests?

All kael quest armor is dropped in the Temple of Veeshan. The gems drop from various zones: Velks, SG, Cobalt Scar, DN.
