I got mine off a red temple guardian wurm last night when my guild was clearing NToV. Lots of armor dropped, seems nearly any wurm/dragon can drop it. Not sure about the drakes, was a little busy to keep close track.
What drops tarnished plate helmet, and any information on it would be helpful

Our guilds first aventure into ToV we had only about 4 groups and were luckily enough to have the ancient tarnished helm drop and i recieved it.
all i ahve to do is turn it in for the Warlords crown =)

If anyone ever reads these, all i really wanna know, and about 34 other peepz on my server is who to turn the helm in to to get the customized version? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Send me a tell on Druzzil or post sumthin here.

I was wondering if the tarnished pieces needed for the Warlords armour quest are no drop? can some one pls help me out with this.
yes tarnished peices are no drop, as are the resulting armor, but due to the droppability of the gems this armor as well as all the other velious armors can be MQed, but both people have to have the faction for it.

I would think that they would be...Verant would be even dumber if they made both pieces for this NODROP armor droppable, and thus farmable/sellable/twinkable...

Drops in: Icewell Keep (don't know what drops), Sirens Grotto off ulthorks/bulthars, Velketor's Labyrinth (don't know what drops), Wakening Lands off sentients

You get the helm in ToV and the coral drops in any velious high lvl velious dungeon
