Swirling MistThis guy conned green to my level _46_ Ranger. I have 51 COLD Resistance. Well, let me tell you this guy is a bad **** !! He casts his spell fairly often and hit me for 94, 95, 98, 60, etc.. needless to say I almost died and was not close to the zone.
Thankfully at 25 pct or so he starts to run away.

you can get the greater sleeves off this as well...infact u can get greater sleeves off any greater elemental. Most commonly drop off fire.

Could a lvl35ish Druid take this guy? And wheres he spawn?
if this is only lvl 30, then why are the finespun sleeves he drops listed as something that requires you to be lvl 40 to attain?
