Gretta still gives the box of muffins to combine freshly-made muffins, which can then be given to NPC's in various cities even though they claim to be fully stocked (which gives you the idea who to give it to).

She offered the bread based quests in November 2001. I am not sure if its currently running though. They are the quests where you make muffin's and put them in a box she gives you, and the one involving bread from the Karana's.

I was traveling from Kaladim towards the docks and a dwarf named Buggle was dropping items on the path. I picked one up and it was a box. Being a wizzie I id'ed it and it told me that it was Grettas Box. Gretta it turns out is an NPC that can be found in South Kaladim at IronToes. At lv 22 it was good for a little exp but she gave 30 gold for returning the box. Took only a minute to do so it was well worth the time. BTW this is the first time I have seen this particular quest and I run the BB area a lot.
