Since there are two of these cats, you can either fight them together since one will silence and the other will dispel, there are a couple other things you can do.
- Buy some Glowing Black Swords which Nuetrilize magic as a proc
- Dock A mage, bard, sk, or what ever else dispels back and away from the fight and rush in to dispell a few then run back and wait for the next AoE silence
- or just fight them both together, which may be easier depeneding on the raid size.

would be nice, if the clerics could attack to get the swords to proc and dispell them every 15 seconds so they can cast a 10 second complete heal before they are silenced again.. that is if they can even use that weapon, pretty sure not since slashing weapons go against the clerics ethics code. the other cat dispell doesnt seen to work on the silence, it did however completely debuff me otherwise. so again thats a no-go. only way ive ever seen it done is have a bard group with anyone you want to be able to cast.

We found the easiest way is to group bards with the casters, the bards playing dispell song before the fight on the one that silences.
Song must be started before you engage or even the bard will be silenced. I also doubt the GBS idea would work because all sword procs and innate spells like pious might etc are silenced as well.
But it's up to you to work out what works best.

I had the priest and wizard summon a HUGE army of the undead, and surrounded drizzt and attacked him. Wizard cast AE Grease, AE poison cloud(which doesnt affect skeles) and all my fighters used archery with poison, piercing, and fire arrows.

Yes, the guardian does cast the AoE cloud of silence..but tunare does not. Tunare uses a targeted, single target silence spell. Tunare is pretty unkillable, yeah, but if she cast an AoE silence, oh man, she'd be as tough as the sleeper. No spellcasters+insane hp regen+insane melee dmg on tanks+no healers= ouch.

He killed off three of my people, but scrolls of resurrection work very well. After that, we had to fight some of the kobolds left behind. There is no way a group of 6 lvl 7-9's could defeat him if he had the power to stand up to tunare. But then again, many different rules, so all and all, I dunno from my ravings what will happen.

Guardian of Tunare casts the spell "Could of Silence", which is a high range AOE spell that, unless resisted, makes you unable to cast ANY spells (this includes dispells, weapon procs, clickable items, BARD SONGS, etc etc) for an insane 10 minutes. So once it's on you, it's there till either it's dead, or you are. He casts it every 15 seconds.
Side note: Our bard who accidentally pulled him was wearing resist gear and buffs that put him at 150+ mr/fr/cr and he resisted 9 of 10 casts.
This spell is also used by Tunare, Alia the Elder, and Rumbleroot.

I hear that if a bard is singing Alenia's Disenchanting Melody (group cancel magic) while silence is cast it will be wiped out on the next pulse or 2. I think silence only keeps you from starting songs or spells but an active song continues to pulse if it is already being played. I haven't tried it, just heard it works.
