Doacaan Drakay says 'You know, when I was waiting for someone important to arrive, these [Combine] folks were the last thing I was expecting.'

You say, 'Combine'

Doacaan Drakay says 'They have access to technology that we've only dreamed about. I can scarcely believe it. You think maybe they're [pulling my leg] about this floating city in the sky? What's it called? Harp's Mantis?'

You say, 'pulling my leg'

Doacaan Drakay says 'Haha, well, pull the other one. I always was a sucker for a tall tale.'
