He does drop the Gleaming Short Sword 100% of the time...his PH just happens to be the Forager and hes quite common we got him twice in about 45 minutes. Maybe thats just luck im not sure but hes pretty easy unless he catches you thats when he'll slap you for 117's. Looks like a spectral and...you guessed it...hes a warrior =)

Gleaming Short Sword: 10/29 1hs, +5cha. As of now it looks like a painbringer in inventory but a longsword when equipped.
