These guys are pulsing a 40k+ hit on anyone in range of them once they become active. Anyone found a way around just nuking them down from a distance?

Recently the message for the totems says "You have taken XXXX damage from Totem of Decay by Corruptive Fog"
I'm not sure on the name. The text I get is: "Your skin begins to boil and fester. You have taken 40625 points of damage."
