1. Play a druid.
2. Max out your Combat Agility, Combat Stability and Shield Block AAs.
3. Join this raid.
4. Allow all of your tanks to miss their heals.
5. Get hit for 10k + 9k + 11k + 9k when this mob is at 6%.
6. (Bonus Step) Watch your guild freak out when you all wipe at 0%. (Yes, that really happened to us.)

And you're dead before you realized you were even getting hit. Awesomesauce.
