I like the target Ideal, as a 70 ranger, I would find it fun. you can shoot portals in pop, why not make a "target" with super high hp and regen, and even a green con would be sweet

If he can shoot at his target, why can't we? As rangers should we not be able to work our archery skills there as well? Or is he just afraid that we will out shoot him?
And as for the maroon that posted several posts back, you suxor, one of the bows is a quest bow the other does not exist, and neither does the arrow.
Oh, and for those of you ready to flame me for the target comment,,, get a life, it was a joke.

A single well balanced group can kill him, but he's quite tough. As I said, he drops nothing useful.

and clearly much higher than 50. my friend 50 druid tried to mess with him, had his best wolf form and buffs on, and he wasnt able to made it to zone since he was punched 4x350dmg or what..this guys is small dragon;]

Well, the other day on Sullon zek me and a few other people chaced a neutral into sure fall, so we went after him... and since I'm a bard I had my speed song going, no big deal right? well my group decided to hit the neut right in middle of sure fall, and becouse guards agro and I had the speed song on, every NPC went right for me... got punched for 365dmg by this guy, and I was just level 10!! dumb newbie groups *sigh*

I play a lvl 51 necro, and this guy is red to me. I don't know what level he is, but clearly it's higher than 50.
My guild raids really weird places (especially class guilds, Surefall is perfect)

Rain Caller: Dmg 20, Dly 45. Range 200. Wt 3.00. +6 Str, +6 Dex, LORE MAGIC Effect of Firestrike. Classes: Ra. Races: Elf Hef Hum
Azure Arrow: Dmg 15, Dly 0. Range 200. Wt 0.10. MAGIC Classes: Wr Ro Sk P Ra. All Races
Nice day for people that like bows. Hagar used the bow like a staff with 20dmg 45dly. Subliminal Skies is the best bow in-game that I know of. Sence Surefall is druid / ranger city, breaking it was hard as Hell.

If asked about Tunare, Hager will respond with praise about the Green Mother. He also speaks about "our <brothers to the east>", but will not respond to any questions or statements I could think or using that phrase. Anyone else?
