Damaged and low on mana retreating from a battle in West Karana on Rallos Zek, I ran into him. I was only a 13 druid, but I said "what the hey." I rooted his pet and hit up the master, he died easily. I started meding up to nuke the pet to death, kinda worried it would be good at melee. Me root wore off, I Ignited it once which nearly evened up the HP difference, and meleed it to death with no problem at all. It hits for like 3 damage when it does manage to hit ya, but it hardly even hits at all. The master was a bit tougher, but I don't think that it was take a group to own these two, just a decent caster/hybrid. Good hunting.
PS- Find me in Everfrost, I like the snow there.

I just got out of a fight with Yollis Jenkins with me lvl 11 ranger when I ran into this guy. I was alone and at about 35% health. (with a temp which would be about 300 hp left) He conned blue to me so I said what the hell and hailed him. well he hit me with that lose control of myself spell (really annoying) and proceded to kick my @$$. I barely made it to the zone line alive.

Tovax doesn't drop anything except a rusty dagger. It is his pet that drops the cash. His pet can drop up to 20pp in small change.

The pet is no big deal, just root him and take out Tovax first.
My group stumbled across this guy by the sign pointing to different towns. We killed his pet then jumped and killed him too. We are ranging in lvls from 12 -15. Only knocked us down half life. We also had only 4 in our group. So if grouped He is no problem. Just had 2 shamans, 1 warrior, and one Necro. So good luck.
