The range of the spell is 1200 which is pretty far out.

This MOB will cast Oblivion on you. 640000K unresistable nuke. Dont know why or when this started to happen.

I am not sure if he randomly casts this or not but my first encounter he cast it on two of my toons. Both were inside the circle surrounding him before the event even started. The second attempt I kept all my toons back and waited for him to engage and he never cast it. I am not sure if there is any correlation between being inside his circle and him casting it or not but I would suggest staying back.

Added, thanks! Technically it's a 1 Million nuke, but Spell Shielding helps mitigate it ... in a way.
