ive killed about 8 bajillion of the shamans and warrors, and they've never called for help. is there any way to encourage them to yell?

Every time I have pulled more than one goblin, he pops when I've got the first goblin down to about 60% or so. After i've killed him, I haven't tried to immediately pull two or more again, but whenever i'm the only person pulling and pull two, i've gotten the raging goblin.

I saw 3 of them drop last night in the period of 2 hours.
And, yes, these ARE summoned by shamans and warriors when they call for help.

I killed one last night in Veksar among the Bloodgills at the zone in. It added on an in-progress fight so I'm not sure where it spawned. It didn't seem any tougher than the other goblins, and I solo'd him with a 58 mage. He dropped a Bloodgill Cap.
