She gives a quest where she hands you a note to bring to Perrir Zexus at the cleric guild in Neriak 3rd gate. You have to have mid to high dubious faction. I tried with low dubious and she wouldn't give me the note. Handing in the note gives:
+Priests of Innoruuk
+King Naythox Thex
-Priests of Marr
-Clerics of Tunare
-Priests of Life
-Primordial Malice
The Priests of Innoruuk is a huge faction hit, about +250 points. After 2 turn ins I went from indifferent to Kindly. At that rate only 2 more turn ins to ally. Also it seems to be about -75 to -100 range with the cleric guilds, so this quest will drop your faction with them rather fast.

Zaxun / Zexus which on is the right?
The answer to all of this is the following:
In Grobb at the shammy guild (-53, -433) there is 'Savarixsa Zexus' which give you the note to raise your Innoruk faction . Well the note is sigend by Zaxun but well - it works.
In Freeport East at the dark side Cleric GMs there is 'Savarixsa Zaxun'. I didn't manage to hail or even speak to her. (also tried to hail her as Zexus).
I reported this bug, let's see if they fix it.
