I'm new to the area, and wanna get the shard for my ranger. Where exactly does this mob pop? Is it on the dry part or underwater? I cleared out the front area for a while and never saw him pop hehe

Okey i found him killed him 2 times but no earring only the gloves..are the earrings a rare drop? Also anyone know if this mob is ona timer? i kept area cleared he poped and didnt pop for a few hours..was wonderin ^_^
No specific timer. Just keep killing his PH in the right corner from zone in. I've seen more shards than gloves from him personally. Named in this zone are extremely random. Sometimes you'll get several named pops and sometimes you'll get none.

I've lived in Veksar for the last 2 months, wiping out the front of the zone for weaponsf or the Iksar faction quest.
I've never seen this mob.

Just got him. Guess he does spawn, but is amazingly rare.

Anyone know if these mobs are snareable?

camped the entrance to veksar for about 2 hours... had him spawn twice... so not all taht rare. We got the earring both times, so cleric and pally were both happy.
This guy is a little tougher than the other mobs at the entrance, but really shouldnt give anyone trouble. Nothing special aobut him other than he has a few more hp, and hits a little harder than the others.
Don't know exact spwn spot, or if there is a specific one, since i wasnt puller, but know he pops in the first courtyard inside the zone.

I've heard he 'can' drop words. Anyone get any rare words off this guy? ie words of torment
He Pop's By The Fence As You 1st Enter Veksar.
He's Kinda Rare Pop But Not Ultra Rare.
His Earring Is Prob His Best Drop Since the gloves are a weaker version of Moss Covered
