The moss covered hood dropped for me today 11/21 off a A Decaying Scaled Wolf ... so i guess both can drop the hood

Hood is all/all. These are uncommon. Most of the time they don't drop anything, not even coin. Occasionally a word.

These spawn in the kennel near chef but lots of the rotting and decayed can be up at the same time so not sure if this is just random off either or what.

What would CLR, PAL, RANGER, SHM, BST Class use INT for?
I would think SHD, NECO, MAGE, WIZZY, BARD, ENC useable...Oh well...i don't make the rule =D--then again what would NECRO, and SHD do with with CHA?
