He dropped the Kiraikuei flesh for the Marsingers melee #2 quest. Ya need that, the Etched Soldiers Crest and the Gem of war to finish that second step.
was yellow to me at 57- so he is 58. can be slowed. didnt keep track of dmg- drops nothing far as I know.
