hey Xeri are all those locs you posted all positive??

I can confirm those are all positive #'s. This is all within the mistwynd city area where you will see many a Mistwynd citizen. You will need to kill them before going into the area or go through with something that will make you invisible to undead monsters. Hitting f10 makes it much easier to see where the scrolls are. Respawn on them feels like a long time when you need to get them with more then one character.
It is hard to see on the ground, but while it resembles a spell scroll in the inventory, it looks like a bound scroll on the ground: twin tubes with a single band around them. Very small, but visible.

Drops from a Mistwynd citizen in Loping Plains, in the undead village south of the druid circle. Also spawns on the ground there but is hard to see.
