13 AC on a mask that is recommended level 75??? Seriously, what's with the pitiful AC? There are items 20-30 levels ago for the same usable classes that have as much AC.

If you want the high AC items, you have to raid for em. For the last number of expansions, Sony has been making gear with raid-type stats more available to the general population. But to offset that, they have reduced the AC. So you can get higher HP/mana, focuses, and combat stats, but if they made this stuff have great AC as well, it would unbalance the gear-ratios in the game.
