The BirdBath is in the Grand Guild Hall. You can use solvents anywhere in the Game by right clicking on augment. And having the solvent for it. You can use remove are Destroy.

There is now one in the Mines of Gloomingdeep in the rat/bat area.

Also one in Crescent Reach - 2nd lvl by the jewelers. Should be in all the start cities, actually. Haven't confirmed.

Every LDoN camp has an augmentation sealer (or bird bath as they are more commonly called around Xegony).

Since I can't find any post listing where these buggers are located I am going to start one.
1) Guild Hall
2) Guild Lobby (NE corner, iirc)
3) The Bazaar, near vendor Sylisa Cogsworthy, tradeskill area (NE again)
4) ButcherBlock Mtns, the Wayfarer Camp
5) Plane of Knowledge? I'll post where when I find it again.
