1 - stats are way too high for a kunark item (something better than what drop on raid boss would be dropped by a random 20ish mob ?)
2 - item is not dropping on TLP server coirnav, with only original + kunark unlocked (no trace of it on tlp auctions, and i cleaned and kept clean the lowers areas of kurn towers for 5 hours without seeing a single of it).
3 - according to the date it's been added, it certainly appeared with Seeds of destruction, the date fit well to the test server launch of Seeds of destruction.

It's actually a TSS item looking at the item id, it just wasn't uploaded to the site until Feb 2007 which was TBS. I suspect the reason why it wasn't uploaded until Feb 2007 was because Kurns Tower is an old zone and it took a bit for people to hit those old zones. This item is part of the hotzone items that were added for a few named in Kurns Tower back on December 5, 2006. https://everquest.allakhazam.com/history/patches-2006-2.html
The reason why it had a Kunark expansion tag is because for some reason admins back then liked to mark items with the geographical location expansion of where the item was found.

dropped off spelunker tomight for mr druid right at bottom of basement down hole and into room near ramp he wanders, all mobs were angry and aggroing, even grey ones
