OK not really but...
In testing with my wizzy, it appears that this song will give your group members 190 mana each in exchange for 500 mana from the bard. This happens once the effect fades from the bard, which lasts 6 ticks (36 seconds). Haven't confirmed with more than 2 in the group as to what all group members get, that was just with me and my wizzy bot (level 73).
