Waterlogged Armwraps  

 

In room with 3 mobs upstairs near the Sad Slave Room. Once you go up the stairs to the top floor the first room. 3 mobs in room. Often 2 hands and one undead so watch it. Named mob is to the left of the top of the stairs. Seems the sleeves drop most often.

Hard not to get all 3 mobs at once if pull on stairs. As a 65 druid rooted the undead and had to fight the two hands at the same time. Not hard expect the hand mobs are hard to target on stairs and if you pull down the stairs can get mob adds, so take your time and have at least 50% mana.
