Found this on a vendor for 544 pp. Someone had dumped a bunch of Veksar loot and I was grabbing up Kylong Darkmail stuff for tribute when this caught my eye. I almost dumped it in tribute until I noticed the ratio was better than my offhand Horn of Hsagra, so I'm going to experiment with it a bit. Losing 35 AC is significant, but I mostly do DPS and not tanking, so it's worth trying it out.

I also added one of the healing augs from the vendor in CR. Depending on how often this procs, it could become quite a useful cheap upgrade.
